Throat Chakra Forgiveness Meditation: Embrace Authentic Expression

Welcome to the Throat Chakra Forgiveness Meditation, where we’ll release self-doubt and fear, allowing your authentic voice to shine through.

Step 1: Find Your Comfort

– Sit or lie down in a comfortable position, ensuring your spine is straight and your body relaxed.
– Take a few deep breaths to center yourself and prepare for the meditation.

Step 2: Focus on the Throat Chakra

– Visualize a bright, blue light at the base of your throat, where your Throat Chakra resides.
– Imagine this light expanding with each breath, filling your throat area with clarity and authenticity.

Step 3: Hand Positions and Affirmations

FOREHEAD — BACK HEAD: Place your left hand on your forehead and the right hand on back of your head. Take a deep breath in and say silently in your mind when you exhale: “I am safe.” Again, take a breath and say silently in your mind when you exhale: “I am alive.” One more breath inhale and say silently in your mind when you exhale: “I am here.”

HEAD SIDES: Place your hands on either side of your head and repeat the same affirmations: “I am safe, I am alive, I am here.”

Continue this process for the following hand positions:

FOREHEAD — CHEST: Right hand on Forehead and left hand on chest

CHEST — BELLY: Left hand on Chest and right hand is on belly

BELLY -BACK OF THE HEAD Right hand on belly and left hand is on the back of the head (on the brain stem).

Repeat each step and affirmations three times.

Step 4: Loudly Read the Throat Chakra Forgiveness Affirmations

– 🧘‍♂ “I forgive myself for holding back my true voice and suppressing my authentic expression. I embrace my unique perspective and communicate with confidence.”

– 🧘‍♂ “I release any negative words or criticisms that have been directed towards me or that I have directed towards others. I am open to speaking my truth with clarity and kindness.”

Step 5: Embrace Authentic Expression

– Feel a sense of liberation as you release the constraints of self-doubt and fear.
– Visualize yourself standing tall, speaking your truth with confidence and conviction. Take a moment to acknowledge the power of your voice and the importance of speaking your truth.
– When you’re ready, gently bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Step 6: Activity to Activate the Throat Chakra

– Engage in activities where you can express your thoughts and emotions freely. Try journaling, writing, singing, or socializing.
– Practice openly sharing your ideas and feelings with others, fostering authentic communication and connection.

Step 7: Journaling Question

Reflect on today’s practice: How did embracing forgiveness and opening my heart to love and compassion make me feel? What steps can I take to continue nurturing my Throat Chakra and living a life filled with authentic expression?
