Welcome to the Third Eye Chakra Forgiveness Meditation, where we’ll release self-doubt and reconnect with our inner wisdom and intuition.

Step 1: Find Your Comfort
– Sit in a comfortable position with your back straight and your hands resting gently on your knees.
– Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to center yourself.
Step 2: Focus on the Third Eye Chakra
– Visualize a deep, indigo light glowing at the center of your forehead, where your Third Eye Chakra resides.
– Feel this light expanding with each breath, filling your mind with clarity and insight.
Step 3: Hand Positions and Affirmations
FOREHEAD — BACK HEAD: Place your left hand on your forehead and the right hand on back of your head. Take a deep breath in and say silently in your mind when you exhale : “I am safe.” Again take a breath and say silently in your mind when you exhale : “I am alive.” One more breath inhale and say silently in your mind when you exhale: “I am here.”
HEAD SIDES : Place your hands on either side of your head and repeat the same affirmations: “I am safe, I am alive, I am here.”
Continue this process for the following hand positions:
FOREHEAD — CHEST: Right hand on Forehead and left hand on chest
CHEST — BELLY: Left hand on Chest and right hand is on belly
BELLY -BACK OF THE HEAD Right hand on belly and left hand is on the back of the head (on the brain stem).
Repeat each step and affirmations three times.
Step 4: Loudly Read the Third Eye Chakra Forgiveness Affirmations

– 🧘♂ “I forgive myself for doubting my intuition and ignoring my inner wisdom. I trust in the guidance of my higher self.”
– 🧘♂ “I release any fears or judgments that have clouded my perception and prevented me from seeing the truth. I am open to expanding my consciousness and embracing spiritual insight.”
Step 5: Embrace Spiritual Insight
– Feel a sense of clarity and expansion as you release the limitations of self-doubt and reconnect with your inner guidance.
– Visualize your Third Eye glowing with vibrant indigo light, perceiving the world with heightened clarity and intuition. Take a moment to acknowledge the wisdom and insight within you.
– When you’re ready, gently bring your awareness back to the present moment.
Step 6: Activity to Activate the Third Eye Chakra
– Engage in activities that stimulate your imagination and intuition, such as meditation, dream journaling, or creating a vision board.
– Follow your inner guidance and intuition, allowing your Third Eye to guide you on your spiritual journey.
Step 7: Journaling for Introspection
– Reflect on the following questions in your journal:
— How does it feel to connect with my inner wisdom and intuition during this meditation?
— What insights or messages did I receive from my higher self or the universe?
— How can I incorporate more trust in my intuition into my daily life?
