My Loop of “Tomorrow”
For years, I had this deep inner calling —
“I want to start a spiritual practice.”
Every morning, I imagined myself meditating at sunrise, doing yoga with a calm smile, feeling light and full of energy. I could see it so clearly…

Yet every evening, life’s distractions won.
It was always: “Tomorrow, I’ll start.”
But tomorrow would come with its own excuses:
— Work deadlines
— Tiredness
— Netflix
— Social plans
— Or simply, “I’m not feeling it”
I was stuck in a loop: wanting change, but never moving toward it.
🌟 The Day I Broke the Loop
One morning, I woke up unusually early — before my alarm.
The world was still and quiet.
Something in me whispered:
“If not now, then when?”

I sat on my mat, closed my eyes, and just breathed.
5 minutes became 15.
15 became 30.
And that morning, it hit me:
✨ Starting is not about having time — it’s about making a commitment to yourself.
It wasn’t discipline that brought me there — it was a decision.
And the moment I made that decision, everything shifted.
Living My Ideal Day

Fast forward to now:
I’ve been living my ideal morning for years — yoga, meditation, journaling, healthy eating.
Not perfectly, but consistently.
And no, I didn’t suddenly get more free time.
I simply learned the truth:
Commitment to self is the highest form of self-love.
When you commit, you remove negotiation.
You don’t ask, “Do I feel like doing it today?”
You just do it — because it’s who you are now.
🔑 What I Learned About Commitment
Through my own journey — and in years of helping others — I’ve realized commitment isn’t one big leap. It has levels.
Once you know your level, you can work your way up — and break the loop that holds you back.
Let’s explore them one by one.

1️⃣ The Wishful Level — “It Would Be Nice…”
You want the result, but you’re not taking action.
You might read about it, watch videos, maybe even buy a yoga mat that never leaves the closet.
It’s like saying, “I’d love to climb Everest” but never lacing up your shoes.
💭 Ask Yourself:
- What story am I holding onto that keeps me stuck?
- What’s one tiny, safe step I could take today?
✨ Micro-Action:
Write a short letter to your future self-describing the life you secretly long for — even if it feels far away.
2️⃣ The Interested Level — “I’ll Try When It’s Convenient”
You take action sometimes… when the mood is right, you have the time, and the weather is perfect.
Progress happens, but it’s fragile — the smallest disruption pushes you off track.
💭 Ask Yourself:
- What’s one step I can take right now? (Even just 60 seconds.)
- What excuse comes up the moment I think about starting?
✨ Micro-Action:
Set a timer for one minute today. Start your practice. One minute often becomes more.

3️⃣ The Involved Level — “I’ll Show Up… Unless Something Comes Up”
You genuinely want change and have decent consistency.
But a busy day, late night, or “not feeling it” is enough to skip.
You’re in… but not all in.
💭 Ask Yourself:
- What fear is stopping me from going all the way?
- What if I gave my full attention for just one day?
✨ Micro-Action:
Choose one practice you’ve been “trying” and do it today with no distractions.
4️⃣ The Committed Level — “I Do It Because It’s Who I Am”
This is a turning point:
No debates. No negotiation.
Yoga, meditation, healthy eating — they’re who you are. Even on tired or busy days, you still show up.
💭 Ask Yourself:
- When do I feel myself slipping?
- Can I pause, breathe, and say: “I’m here, no matter what”?
✨ Micro-Action:
Before you give up on any challenge, take three slow breaths and recommit silently.

5️⃣ The Devoted Level — “This Is My Way of Life”
Here, your commitment is sacred.
It’s not a time slot in your calendar — it’s your identity.
Missing it feels as strange as forgetting to brush your teeth.
💭 Ask Yourself:
- What would “whatever it takes” look like for me today?
- What’s my non-negotiable?
✨ Micro-Action:
Declare one no-matter-what action today — and honor it with love and firmness.
🌉 The Bridge from Wishful to Devoted
Here’s the truth: The key to moving up these levels is not waiting for motivation — it’s making small, daily promises to yourself and keeping them. Because every time you keep a promise to yourself, you prove you can trust yourself. And self-trust is the fuel of transformation.

🌿 Remember
The deepest love you can show yourself is the promise:
“I will not give up on me.”
