Sacral Chakra Forgiveness Meditation: Unlock Your Creative Flow

Welcome to the Sacral Chakra Forgiveness Meditation, where we’ll release past traumas and embrace our innate creativity and passion.

Step 1: Find Your Comfort*

– Take a few deep breaths to center yourself and connect with the present moment.

– Sit or lie down in a comfortable position, allowing your body to relax completely

Step 2: Focus on the Sacral Chakra*

– Visualize a warm, orange glow at the area just below your navel, where your Sacral Chakra resides.
– Imagine this vibrant energy expanding with each breath, filling your entire pelvic region with warmth and light.

Step 3: Hand Positions*

 – Hand Positions Meditation

Find a quiet and comfortable space to sit with your eyes closed.

FOREHEAD — BACK HEAD: Place your left hand on your forehead and the right hand on back of your head. Take a deep breath in and say silently in your mind when you exhale : “I am safe.” Again take a breath and say silently in your mind when you exhale : “I am alive.” One more breath inhale and say silently in your mind when you exhale: “I am here.”

HEAD SIDES : Place your hands on either side of your head and repeat the same affirmations: “I am safe, I am alive, I am here.”

– Continue this process for the following hand positions:

FOREHEAD — CHEST: Right hand on Forehead and left hand on chest

CHEST — BELLY: Left hand on Chest and right hand is on belly

BELLY -BACK OF THE HEAD Right hand on belly and left hand is on the back of the head (on the brain stem).

Repeat each step and affirmations three times.

Step 4: Loudly Read the Sacral Chakra Forgiveness Affirmations

– 🧘‍♂ “I forgive myself for any shame or guilt I have carried in my sacral chakra. I embrace my creativity and honor my emotions.”
– 🧘‍♂ “I release all past relationships that no longer serve my highest good. I am open to experiencing pleasure and joy in my life.”

Step 5: Embrace Forgiveness and Release

– As you repeat each affirmation, visualize any past hurts or blockages being released from your Sacral Chakra.
– Feel a sense of lightness and freedom wash over you as you let go of old wounds and limitations.

Step 6: Reclaim Your Creative Flow

– Visualize yourself standing confidently with a radiant glow, fully embracing your creativity and passion.
– Allow the vibrant energy of the Sacral Chakra to inspire you to express yourself authentically and live a life filled with joy and fulfillment.

Step 7: Activities to Activate the Sacral Chakra

– Engage in activities involving water such as taking a bath, swimming, or spending time by the water to unblock the Sacral Chakra.
– Start a creative project such as painting, drawing, dancing, or singing to ignite your creative spark and balance your Sacral Chakra.

Step 8: Conclusion

– Take a few moments to bask in the newfound sense of freedom and creativity.
– When you’re ready, slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment, gently opening your eyes.
